Refund and returns

Order Processing Time:

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days and are shipped with Canada Post.

Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, and not the date of order. It can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

 

Returns:

 

We are terribly sorry if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at: orders@projetfador.com.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first. We do not offer Shipping Collect service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

 

Refunds:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

Upon approval of your refund request, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within days, depending on your bank.

Also please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded. 

 

Late or missing refunds:

 

In case of a delay of your refund, please contact your credit card company, for it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have contacted your bank and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@projetfador.com.
